• Cash for keys.

• A property condition inspection and report.

• Fully secure the property, including board up and lock out services.

• Clean out and winterization of property as required.

• Conduct initial and on-going grounds, lawn and landscaping maintenance services.

• Conduct security inspections at regular intervals.

• Provide detailed reports and photos of any changes in property conditions.

• Correct and remove all hazards and code violations.

• Coordinate all maintenance and repair sevices.
